Instagram is a curious thing for the artist and photographer. I find myself using the phone for quick shots when I don't carry my larger camera with me. I love the quick edits of Instagram (We don't need no stinkin' filters). While it started slowly, Instagram has actually become a significant form of photographic practice for me.

Perhaps it is the immediacy and connection to social media...perhaps it is the desire of my youth to be a street photographer. Either way, all shots come from either my phone or ipad.
